Russell Crowe spends up big on London pad for family

RUSSELL Crowe will reportedly splash out $10,000 a week to rent a luxury home in London. Crowe has selected a mansion in Mayfair to live with his family for six months while filming the Ridley Scott's Robin Hood film Nottingham.
The home is spread over three floors, has its own swimming pool and "enough room for a Roman army", The Sun reports.
"Russell is coming over to Britain filming and wanted somewhere comfortable for his family," a source told the newspaper. "The house has become available after a celebrity couple pulled out of renting it."
The home would provide enough space for the Gladiator star to bring wife Danielle Spencer and sons Charles, 4, and Tennyson, 2, to the UK.
